OTTOMAN TURKEY, PERIOD OF ABDULHAMID II, 1876-1909
Of flaring shape rising from a short convoluted foot, an applied openwork fringe around the base, the top with cast floral decoration above machined wavy ground, a plain cusped medallion on each pot, possibly to be engraved with initials or a family crest, the interior gilt, each part with sah and tughra of Sultan Abdul Hamid II, one foot with an essay mark, good condition
