A Belgian silver altar cruet
Antwerp, circa 1670, the stand, maker's mark a flower, the cruets, maker's mark a harp
The plain oval stand with moulded rim, the vase-shaped cruets, each on spreading circular foot and with moulded rib, scroll handle, shell thumbpiece and hinged domed cover, each with letter finial, one an A, the other V, marked on stand, the cruets with maker's mark only
the stand 32 cm. (12½ in.) long
the cruets 11 cm. (4¼ in.) high
