Possibly by the Imperial Porcelain Factory, second half 19th Century
Rectangular, painted with a seascape depicting sailboats, one with an Imperial double-headed eagle flag, embarking from and returning to a port, within rectangular, bevelled gilt-wood frame with acanthus leaf spandrels, apparently unmarked and unsigned
9½ x 14¾ in. (24 x 37½ cm.)
