Marked Grachev Brothers with the Imperial warrant, St Petersburg, circa 1890
Tapering cylindrical, on a circular foot and knopped stem, the body enamelled with a band of stylised scrolling foliage in red, white, blue and green on a dark red ground, centering blank oval cartouches, marked under foot and on lip
