The clock with a square case surmounted by a raised pediment supporting an arrow quiver, torch and laurel-wreath above a white enamel dial, the clock dial signed 'MSON MARQUIS/LANGUEREAU & CIE/PARIS', MOVEMENT: twin barrels with anchor escapement with rack stike on bell; pendulum, with gently domed side mounts issuing floral swags, on a volute-entablature with acanthus and berried finial, the barometer en suite
