A BLUE AND WHITE 'LOTUS' BOWL
KANGXI SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1662-1722)
Well painted in bright tones of blue in the center of the interior with a lotus spray medallion repeated as a continuous frieze on the sides of the well and the exterior, below a narrow band of demi-lotus plants at the rim on the interior and above a band of overlapping petal tips on the exterior
7½ in. (19 cm.) diam.
