Of slightly rounded form rising from a short flat foot to a sloping rim, the decoration with six radiating bands of kufic calligraphy reading al-daw[la] wa (wealth and) forming a six-pointed star with a bird to the centre and alternated with large floral arabesques surrounding medallions containing a bird, the rim with a band of pseudo-calligraphy, the reverse with loose loop designs, repaired breaks, small areas of repainting
