Arabic manuscript on paper, 514ff. as numbered plus 3 fly-leaves, each folio with 11ll. of black naskh within gold and black-ruled text panels, catchwords, gold and polychrome roundel verse markers, sura headings in white on gold cartouches between gold and polychrome floral panels, sajada and juz' marked with floral marginal medallions, hizb marked in later red naskh, opening bifolio with gold and polychrome illumination framing 7ll. of black naskh in clouds reserved against gold ground, colophon contained within roundel between two gold and polychrome illuminated panels and giving the date and the name of the scribe, Mustafa min talamidh Isma'il Efendi, prayers following, in brown morocco with gilt medallion and borders, marbled paper doublures
