Painted with loose bouquets of garden flowers within shaped cartouches edged with gilt-edged green foliage borders joined by swags of green gilt-edged husks and within gilt line and dentil rims, the hinged cover of the ewer with three flower garlands within a gilt-edged green foliage surround (the ewer with a minute chip to top of spout and a flake to gilt rim, very slight wear to gilt footrim, the basin with some slight wear to gilt dentil rim on one long side)
The ewer 7 7/8 in. (20 cm.) high overall, the basin 11¾ in. (29.8 cm.) long
