The boldly reeded drum-shaped top with a pierced brass gallery, inset white marble tablet, and foliate-carved rim and underside, with a door enclosing a birch-lined interior with a shelf, on a tapering reeded pedestal with foliate capital and tapering downcurved legs with brass caps and castors
