CIRCA 1780
Crossbanded overall, the top centred by a shaded fan with palmette border and with radiating veneers and flowering sprigs, the edge with thistle and flower trails and drapery swags, above four doors, each quarter veneered and centred by oval panels depicting semi-draped dancing figures en grisaille and foliate-swagged dolphin-supporting urns within pearled and flowered borders, each door enclosing two mahogany-edged shelves, on short square tapering legs with foliate feet, some later decoration
