woodcut, circa 1497/98, without watermark, a very good, even impression, probably from the Latin text edition of 1511 (but as the last plate of the set without text verso), before the breaks in the mountain contour and the tree, trimmed to or just outside the borderline, a short repaired tear in the blank area below the city gate at left, generally in good condition
