Tibet, 16th/17th Century
Seated in dhyanasana on a shaped base and holding a kalasa in his lap, wearing a dhoti, sash and ornate jewelry, his serene face with elongated eyes and broad nose surmounted by a chignon, secured with a tall foliate tiara, with locks of hair falling on to both shoulders
