OF LOUIS XVI STYLE, LAST QUARTER 19TH CENTURY
The rectangular top with three-quarter pierced gallery above a spreading pediment centred by a Bacchic mask, above six gilt-tooled tan leather-fronted drawers, centred by a scrolled acanthus-mounted long drawer above two cupboard doors, on four spirally-fluted toupie feet, the back twice spuriously stamped 'TILLIARD' and with paper inventory label for Tring Park, dated 1898 and inscribed 'Cartonnier Louis XVI'
