The rectangular case with a hinged back compartment opening to a fitted interior with floral borders comprising a tray, a sander and cover, and a space for an inkwell, and a sloped lid with a central floral motif within a border of scrolling flowers, enclosing an interior with a small drawer, the sides with floral sprays, with steel handles on each side
4½ in. (11 cm.) high; 16½ in. (42 cm.) wide; 13 in. (33 cm.) deep
