Gilt-brass eight-day circular movement, two train with going barrels, anchor escapement, pendulum with suspension, striking and repeating on a bell, brass patinated dial, gilt Roman numerals, blued steel Breguet hands, portico style case, engraved feet, the stepped base with engraved decorations, four large columns holding the movement, surrounded by a richly ornamented stepped rooftop and railings, stamped on the movement backplate BECHOT 281 and PON'S
