Brass movement with platform cylinder escapement, en passant hour and half hour striking, repeating and alarm with two hammers on the gong on the backplate, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, blued steel hands, minute divisions, gilt brass case, hinged handle, glazed sides, back, door and top, striking mechanism operated by pressing the plunger in the top, dial with illegible signature
