Carved to three sides with budding foliage, upholstered in coral silk damask, with four loose cushions, the paw feet headed by masks, stamped F.LAPIERREALYON to underside of both seatrails, inscribed in black chalk 68322 to inside of front rail and G Heym to inside of back rail, inscribed MIA 128 to underside of left seatrail, with paper label to underside of back rail typed 78
