FREDERICK JAMES HALNON STUDIED AT THE GOLDSMITHS' COLLEGE SCHOOL OF ART UNDER ALFRED DRURY. HE EXHIBITED AT THE ROYAL ACADEMY FROM 1904, SPECIALISING IN GENRE AND CLASSICALLY INSPIRED SUBJECTS. HIS STYLE REFLECTS THE INFLUENCE OF DRURY'S "NEW SCULPTURE".
