The fierce goddess finely delineated in gold, striding in alidhasana over prostrate figures on a sun disk on lotus base, her right arm extended holding the curved knife and her left raising a blood-filled kapala to her mouth, a khatvanga staff in the crook of her arm, her face with bared fangs and three eyes beneath furrowed brow, disk earrings, bone necklaces, garland of skulls, skull tiara and vajra hair ornament within a flaming aureole, with Vajravarahi, Manjushri, Heruka Chakrasamvara, Vajradhara, Shadakshari Avalokiteshvara, Mahakala and a donor figure all against a red background
