Compare the bronze ding dated to the Spring and Autumn period, of slightly larger size (27.2 cm. diam.), but of similar proportions and cast with a band of dissolved dragon scroll on the upper body, excavated in Zibo, Shandong province, and now in the Zibo Provincial Museum, illustrated in Zhongguo Qingtongqi Quanji - 9 - Dong Zhou (3), Beijing, 1997, p. 1, no. 1.
