A VERY RARE FAMILLE ROSE MOLDED PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLE
IMPERIAL, JINGDEZHEN KILNS, JIAQING PERIOD (1796-1820)
Crisply and deeply molded on one side with Shoulao holding a peach while standing atop billowing clouds reserved on a ground of crashing waves as he looks up at a bat in flight above a crane standing atop a single cloud, the other side similarly molded with two further immortals, both scenes framed by bats with conjoined wings picked out in blue enamel, all reserved on the coral-red ground molded on the narrow sides and neck with the anbaxian, the mouth rim gilded, bronze stopper with coral finial
