A WHITE JADE RECTANGULAR BRUSH REST
18TH/19TH CENTURY
Slightly convex and with indented corners, raised on four shallow bracket supports, the top carved in low relief with two bats confronted on a shaped reserve framing a large shou character reserved on a ground of incised shou characters, all within a single thumb-grooved border, the translucent stone of greyish-white color with traces of a black lacquer coating
