QIANLONG SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The interior painted in fifteenth-century style, with simulated 'heaping and piling', with a central ribbon-tied 'lotus bouquet' below a frieze of composite foliate scroll in the well and a band of classic scroll on the rim, with a further band of composite foliate scroll on the exterior, all painted in rich underglaze blue and reserved on a ground of lemon-yellow enamel
