MAKER'S MARK OF ANDREY BRAGIN, ST. PETERSBURG, 1896
Rectangular, on two scrolling foliate feet, the frame cast with C-scrolls, rocaille ornament and acanthus leaves, the acanthus scroll crest centering an oval cartouche engraved with a monogram, the wood back with easel strut, marked on left edge of frame, with original fitted case stamped in Russian 'Grachev Br[others] St. Petersburg' beneath the Imperial warrant
