Lot Essay

La fonderie Valsuani a été fondée à Châtillon en 1899 par l'italien Claude Valsuani, ancien directeur de la maison Hébert qui s'installa, en 1905, au 74 de la rue des Plantes à Paris. Son fils Marcel repris la direction de la fonderie en 1923 avec comme contremaitre Antoine Tamburro de 1973 de 1976. La réputation de cette fonderie était principalement basée sur la qualité de ses fontes à la cire perdue.
