A CIRCULAR BRONZE TRIPOD CENSER
17TH CENTURY
The vessel is finely cast to the sides with lion-mask handles, and the rims are applied with raised studs and supported on three short cabriole feet. The base is cast with a four-character hallmark reading 'yu tang qing wan', which may be translated as 'For pure pleasure in the Jade Hall'.
