(Title creased with a few tears, occasional soiling and clean tears with sporadic loss of a few letters.) Original black cloth, upper board and spine lettered in red, lower board with map of North America printed in red (some staining and creasing, fore-edge stained). Provenance: W. & G. Cunard's monumental anthology of commentaries and articles on many aspects of black life, culture and politics, is written with contributions by George Antheil, René Crevel, Henry W.
