Each oviform with biscuit winged-nymph herm handles on pilaster terminals, painted with a male or female portrait-medallion between oak-leaf garlands, axes and torcheres, the reverse with a gilt lyre on a matte blue lozenge between swans and trumpets, on a square black Belgian marble base
