Two volumes illustrating full-page examples of flower arrangments in the Rikka, or Standing Flower style, of the Rokkakudo branch of the Ikenobu school of flower arrangement, arrangements of flowers each in a metal vase labelled with the name of the respective creator; fukurotojibon, block-printed in color, the flower vases colored grey, the first n.d. [dated to 1673]. with back paper wrapper only patterned with blue flower scroll, sewn with green stitching; the second n.d. [17th century], with paper wrappers patterned in green fretwork with title slip printed in black ink Ikenobo Rikka hyakubin zu (One hundred Ikenobo Rikka-style flower arrangements in vases, illustrated), sewn with green stitching; both vols. in same chitsu --good impressions and color, some worming to first, water stains and stains to first, covers worn and some edges of pages nicked or torn
