Converted from flintlock, with three-stage signed barrel originally fitted with a spring bayonet above and ramrod below, iron tang incorporating the bayonet release catch, flat bevelled bolted lock, figured walnut half-stock with chequered grip, engraved brass mounts (in distressed condition), London proof marks
