Shaped as a floral vase with revolving leaves, the rim formed by palmettes, three putti supporting the hanging chains linked at top with a repoussé domed panel, three palmettes rising from the interior to a circle originally supporting the glass vessel, this ring marked with an illegible tughra, with sahh and assay marks, old repairs
