A PAIR OF BLUE AND WHITE HEXAGONAL EWERS AND COVERS
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each ewer is decorated to the body and neck with floral medallions beneath panels of flowering lotus and chrysanthemum. The moulded and foliate everted mouth rim is decorated with blooms and is surmounted with a cover moulded in the form of a flower head with a prunus bud form finial.
