Edo Period (19th century)
Of square shape with canted corners and rounded sides, fitted with a lid with a small knop, lacquered on the surface in low relief with gold pines and a stream on a kinji ground, the base and underside of the lid nashiji and the interior lined in gilt metal
3.7cm. wide.
