A TURQUOISE AND CORAL INLAID GILT COPPER SHRINE

The shrine has a stepped rectangular base variously decorated with the classic scroll and Buddhist symbols including snow lions, vajras and the wheel all between turquoise and coral inlaid geometric designs, the arched upper section embellished with the kirtimukha supported by makara and rams standing on recumbent elephants.
