Circular, painted after a design by Mikhail Adamovich, the centre painted with stylised floral, gilt and black 'RSFSR', on brick ground inscribed '25th October 1917', the border painted with hammer, sickle and star on yellow, green and purple grounds, marked under base with green underglaze factory mark and blue overglaze hammer, sickle and cog, and the date '1921'; also with blue overglaze artist's initials 'MK' for Maria Kirillova
