Of flared form, enamelled with the coat-of-arms of Saxony below an electoral cap reserved on an escutcheon above ribbon-tied laurel branches, below the initials F.A.D.1.H.Z.S.I.C.V.B.C. and a gilt band between white lines, with a kick-in base and milled foot
