A BLUE AND WHITE CONICAL BOWL
SHUNZHI/KANGXI PERIOD, 17TH CENTURY
The flaring sides are painted on the exterior with three pairs of alternating lotus branches and lions below the brown-dressed rim. The center of the interior is painted with a similar lotus design within a double circle below a narrow band of classic scroll at the everted rim. The base bears an apocryphal Jiajing mark.
