AN UNUSUAL FAMILLE ROSE BOWL
DAOGUANG SEAL MARK IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The deep, rounded sides flare slightly towards the gilded rim and are decorated with four alternating roundels enclosing either a grouping of 'antiques' or a flowering camellia or flowering mallow, all separated by lotus blossoms borne on scrolling tendrils.
