Lot Essay
Eugène-Louis Sieffert was a Parisian porcelain painter who displayed at the French Salons throughout the late 19th century. He is recorded at the Sèvres factory from 1881-87 and in England at Coalport and Brown-Westhead Moore from 1887-94 before returning to Sèvres 1894-98.
