The first with central spike of tapering diamond section, the base of the spike with a large cushion pierced with human-masks and leaves, ornate pierced axe-blade engraved with scrollwork, the downturned fluke pierced and engraved en suite, tapering cylindrical socket incised with decorative bands, later side-straps and partially studded wooden haft; the second with very long slender spike of stiff diamond section, shaped crescenic axe-blade pierced with small dots, downturned rear-fluke pierced en suite and struck with a mark, open socket with two side-straps, and later wooden haft
