A LARGE RU-TYPE HEXAGONAL VASE
QIANLONG UNDERGLAZE BLUE SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-95)
The baluster vase is of hexagonal section and is potted with an angular shoulder rising towards a tall neck with slightly flaring and thickly potted rim, all raised on a spreading hexagonal foot. The vase is covered to the exterior and the interior with a soft blue glaze.
