Fluted circular on spreading gadrooned foot, one side chased with a cartouche within chased scales and scrolls, with two lion mask drop ring handles on matted ground, the detachable rim with eight notches, and with putto mask and scroll border, engraved with a cypher, marked near rim, on rim bezel and handles
