The base oval and on four openwork foliage and bead-capped scroll feet, connected by an openwork skirt, with foliage borders and with two detachable arms, each with a cast putto supporting three scroll branches, the central one supports a circular bowl, with cut-glass bowls, with central finial cast with Victory, marked under base and dishes, on detachable ornaments and nuts, the branches and finial apparently unmarked
