A pair of Yongzheng bowls covered in a Ru-type glaze of similar size to the current example, from the Zande Lou Collection, is illustrated in the exhibition catalogue Qing Imperial Monochromes: The Zande Lou Collection, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, 2005, no. 8.

A number of large yellow-glazed Kangxi bowls probably made for ritual use have been published. Refer for example to a bowl illustrated by J. Ayres, The Baur Collection, Geneva, 1973, vol. 3, no. A446.
