With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1953 and its subsequent sale on August 8th of the same year.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

Production of the reference 2427 began in 1948, and features an unusual case design with raised large triangular lugs.
