The scallop-shell festooned corona above three tiers of prism drops, the central stem with spherical boss supporting a circular pierced leaf cast frame joined to the corona by cabouchon-cut pendant chains, issuing eighteen eagle-head candle arms, with pendant-hung drop pans, above concentric pendant hung hoops
