Each banded in amaranth and strung in boxwood, the tops finely painted respectively with Diana the Huntress and Euterpe (the Muse of music), each surrounded by trompe l'oeil scrolling acanthus, the border painted with a wreath intertwined with gilt ribbons, the base carved with neoclassical foliage, urns and trophies symbolising music and painting
