A FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLE
IMPERIAL, JINGDEZHEN KILNS, DAOGUANG FOUR-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN IRON-RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The bottle is of compressed spherical form with flat lip and recessed foot surrounded by a foot rim. The sides are decorated with a continuous scene depicting a figure riding a donkey followed on foot by his attendant walking towards a bridge in a river landscape.
