A PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE BUTTERFLY-FORM PENDANT

The flat pendant is carved in the round and in low relief as a large butterfly with closed wings, its head with long feelers carved on one side, and with a loop at one end and openwork wing tips at the other. The semi-translucent stone has an area of opaque white mottling.
